Roland John Bersch, III has been studying dance since he was old enough to walk - from ballet, tap and jazz to ballroom, Latin and martial arts. He majored in ballet at the North Carolina School of the Arts. Roland has worked with Fred Astaire & Arthur Murray Studios, and he has studied under many of "The Greats". He became adept as a performer and choreographer. His talents are recognized by many professionals. He has been a professor of dance for more than 20 years.

He has taught in many areas of the world; California, Europe, Miami, New York, Atlanta, Argentina, Brazil, Puerto Rico and Canada.

With his enthusiasm and love for dancing he continues to enhance his knowledge and creativity in all forms of dance.
