Ms. "Taylor" has been teaching Dance in Eastern North Carolina for 40 years, specializing in authentic traditional dances which include: Ballroom, Argentine Tango, Salsa, Shag, Swing as well as Country & Western. A recognized dance teaching professional, she has trained and guided many aspiring instructors and dance studio professionals in sharpening their skill in the art of Ballroom Dance.

Ms. "Taylor" has studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Madrid, London,
Austria, Montreal,and Rio de Janeiro. She has also studied at Stanford University as well as with many of the masters in Latin [Carlinhos de Jesus] and Ballroom Dance [Joe Jenkins]. Her students have won 1st Place Awards in numerous competitions, and she has guided Roland`s Dance Studio to 1st Place "Top Studio" standing.
Ms. "Taylor" belongs to many professional organizations, including the American Alliance for Health Recreation and Dance, Argentine Tango Society of Raleigh, National Dance Council of America, FASA Shag Society, Chambers of Commerce in both Fayetteville and Hope Mills, Arts Council of Fayetteville, and also the Ballroom Dance Society.
Ms."Taylor" is one of the many reasons it is said, "Everyone Knows Someone Who Learned to Dance at Rolands."

Roland John Bersch, III has been studying dance since
he was old enough to walk - from ballet, tap and jazz
to ballroom, latin and martial arts. He majored in
ballet at the North Carolina School of the Arts. Roland has worked with Fred Astaire & Arthur Murray Studios, and he has studied under many of "The Greats".
He became adept as a performer and choregrapher. His talents are recognized by many professionals. He has been a professor of dance for more than 20 years.
He has taught in many areas of the world;
California, Europe, Miami, New York, Atlanta,
Argentina, Brazil, Puerto Rico and Canada.
With his enthusiasm and love for dancing he continues
to enhance his knowledge and creativity in all forms
of dance.
